Create a New Carousel Item

To create the item:

  1. In Adobe Demos Admin, under Reports, click Manage Homepage Carousel:



  2. On the Manage Homepage Carousel page, click + New Item:

  3. On the Edit Homepage Carousel Itempage, complete the settings:

    Name

    Type a name for your reference; this doesn’t appear on the homepage.

    Content

    1. Click Select Image to add an image. The HTML for the image appears in the text field.
    2. In the field, enter the rest of your HTML.  

    Content div ID

    Completed by default.

    Sort Order

    Enter the order number in which you want the carousel item to appear in the carousel.

    Is Active

    Active by default. To turn it off, click the toggle button.





  4. Click Save Properties.



To edit the item:

  1. In Adobe Demos Admin, under Reports, click Manage Homepage Carousel:



  2. On the Manage Homepage Carousel page, to the right of the item, click edit:



  3. On the Edit Homepage Carousel Item page, update the settings as needed:

    Name

    A name for your reference; this doesn’t appear on the homepage.

    Content

    Select Image lets you update the image.

    The field contains the HTML.  

    Content div ID

    Completed by default.

    Sort Order

    The order number in which you want the carousel item to appear in the carousel.

    Is Active

    To turn it on or off, click the toggle button.





  4. Click Save Properties.



To delete the item:


  1. In Adobe Demos Admin, under Reports, click Manage Homepage Carousel:



  2. On the Manage Homepage Carousel page, to the right of the item, click delete:



  3. When prompted to confirm, click Delete.
